If my business or organization is approved for a vendor booth, I agree to pay my nonrefundable $25 in order to be considered officially booked. I will give at least 1 weeks notice if I am unable to vend for Derby Days so another vendor will have a chance to book my space. NO Call NO show will still be considered a booth booked.
